Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or other relevant field.
- 8-12 years experience as an agency Account Supervisor, Account Director or similar role.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience working in retail environment (or other high-volume industry)
- Experience in project management tools including Smartsheet & Workfront.
- Excellent understanding of advertising methods and techniques.
- Understanding of account management fundamentals, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and allocate resources.
Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of our partner’s full funnel campaigns, providing excellent client service while maximizing business opportunities.
- Leading and mentoring a team across subvertical ensuring that all work is cohesive with the master Walmart Brand and strategy.
- Establish and grow strong relationships with senior client stakeholders by demonstrating industry knowledge and building trust through consistently delivering.
- Make strategic decisions and provide a clear sense of direction for creative on behalf of all partner briefs and askes.
- Initiate, create, and develop client presentations and lead with confidence while actively listening to the client.
- Manage multi-faceted teams, delegate work appropriately, and ensure the team remains challenged and inspired.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Product launch or development.
- Retail experience working on in-store / omni retail channels.
- Experience in Apparel, Beauty, Home, or CPG.
