Requirements
- 3-4 years of proven track record of leading transformational change with increasing levels of responsibility, ideally in management consulting, consumer internet or SaaS strategy
- Intellectual curiosity, deep interest in the technology landscape, evolving trends and long-term horizon
- Ability to build ‘outside-in’ POV on market opportunities and drive clear implications and recommendations
- Structured thinker with ability to break down big, hairy problems into discrete elements
- Hypothesis led problem solver with executive presence
- Ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders to take action
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience leading teams and commitment to coaching / mentoring
- Undergraduate and Master’s degrees (MBA preferred)
