Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales, including at least 1-2 years managing a team of Account Executives.
- Proven success in leading sales teams to consistently meet and exceed targets in an SMB or mid-market environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive performance.
- Hands-on experience with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional coaching, communication, and leadership abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SMB and Mid-Market Account Executives to consistently exceed bookings targets.
- Monitor pipeline health, deal progress, and sales activities to improve conversion rates and accelerate sales cycles.
- Refine and implement sales processes to enhance efficiency and team performance.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback through 1:1s, call reviews, and team meetings.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, SDR, and Customer Success teams to strengthen customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Ensure accountability for accurate forecasting and CRM data management.
- Engage with other sales leaders to share insights, develop leadership skills, and drive continuous improvement.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members to support growth.
