Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant experience in management or support of clinical departments with emphasis on effective financial management, financial analysis, utilization and automation
- 3 years of relevant experience leadership
Responsibilities
- Oversees annual operating financial plan in partnership with leadership
- Manages the charge services processes
- Participates in preparation of financial proposals, reports and analysis in support of programs and activities
- Manages the production and maintenance of financial and operational reporting and department statistics
- Conducts management and staff end-user training for reporting systems
- Assists leadership/management in integrating data with strategy
- Identifies department business information requirements and assists Digital Services analysts in transforming business requirements into logical data models
- Ensures that processes and services are continuously monitored for quality, cost effectiveness, efficiency and regulatory compliance
