Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategy, or similar roles – ideally in a high-growth, startup environment or in consulting

Responsibilities

  • Think creatively about how to solve complex and strategically significant business problems
  • Be both strategic and hands-on: build the plan, collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute it, and own the results
  • Source and close partnerships with insurance carriers to grow the supply side of the marketplace
  • Develop tailored pitches and solutions – especially for partners who may not see the value of working with us at first glance
  • Represent Jerry in external meetings with professionalism, clarity, and insight
