Requirements
- A marketing professional with a strong understanding of brand strategy and product marketing
- Minimum 5+ years experience in marketing roles with gaming or entertainment brands
- Ability to create successful marketing campaign outcomes based on business goals and strategies
- Experience and flexibility working as part of a global org across multiple time zones with a particular emphasis on close collaboration with European teams
- Understanding of evolving consumer engagement and channel opportunities
- Project Management skills and coordination experience across functional groups, studio, and external partners/licensors
- Strong communicator and collaborator
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, flexible environment
- BA/BS degree required
Responsibilities
- Developing brand strategy and executing global go-to-market and creative
- Execute brand strategies, target audience identification, positioning, and franchise key performance indicators to inform go-to-market campaign
- Deeply understand player motivations, preferences, market trends and movements to guide product-market fit and breakthrough go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of strategic and financial goals
- Work cross-functionally with multiple global time zones, shepherding the brand strategy across international markets
- Work with Sr. Manager, Brand Management and Product Marketing to ensure campaigns are executed with local nuance tailored to each market
- Oversee the development of global creative assets for assigned marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery to internal teams and international markets
- Formalize key planning, creative, and production requirements in creative briefs
- Assist in managing global product and brand marketing budgets, maintaining adherence to approved levels
- Support development of SKU plan strategies that encompass growth initiatives for digital platforms
- Provide product/competitive expertise for Development, Marketing, and Publishing teams
- Maintain existing licensor relationships, handling day-to-day execution and follow-up on requests
- Regularly partner, present, and report to studio leadership and stakeholders on marketing strategies, plans, and findings
- Liaison with teams across Warner Bros. Discovery (e.g., DC Entertainment, TV, Theatrical, and Consumer Products) and other key partners to develop and execute cross-promotional strategies and programs.
