Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with entertainment studios, brands, networks and/or production executives with brands in show and out of show required
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Business or a related field
- Knowledge of storylines, casting, key production info, scheduling, etc.
- Microsoft office suite proficient
- Strong communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of management and production (written and verbal)
- Extensive direct knowledge of production planning and marketing strategic approach required for content releases
- Candidates will have significant project management experience, excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail
- Cross-functional contributor who can engage, motivate, and collaborate with internal teams
- Proven creative thinker and problem solver with the ability to help crystallize creative concepts as well as build around them for bigger impact
- Strong organizational development with the ability to make difficult decisions in a rapidly changing environment
- Understanding of production, workflow and process
- Demonstrated capability being self-directed and motivated; innovative; client and market driven.
- Active knowledge of industry trends and new opportunities
Responsibilities
- Supports the SVP, Brand Strategy & Marketing to clearly communicate brand goals, positioning, and strategy to all constituents serving as the central hub for internal and external partners to ensure all communications adhere to brand voice and strategy and identify opportunities to increase exposure
- Manages and supports SVP, Brand Strategy & Marketing for in-show and out of show brand and product placement
- Supports the SVP of Brand Strategy & Marketing through planning, development, and execution of comprehensive multiplatform marketing plans for all Warner Bros. Television group, scripted and animation, domestically and internationally
- Facilitates and fosters partner relationships with other Warner Bros. divisions to ensure incremental opportunities for partners, additional exposure for WBTV IP and additional business for other divisions
- Creates and distributes brand integration reports for physical production and marketing executives
- Acts as on set WBTV brand integration representative for day of production shoots in order to manage the communication between, network, brand and client to production
- Performs other job-related duties or special projects as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Business Affairs, Legal and Clearances within entertainment field preferred
- Strong experience working knowledge of production preferred
- Account/Client Services preferred
