Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics, economics, information technology, or a related field, or foreign equivalent
- 3 years of experience in the job offered or working on healthcare datasets using SQL
Responsibilities
- Perform data analytics to contribute to the development and optimization of the sales targeting/operations/analytics tool
- Use SQL to manage, manipulate, and analyze pharmacy and healthcare data efficiently
- Use any one of the programming languages: Python, R, or Java to develop, test, and deploy data-driven solutions
- Use Excel for data analysis, modeling, and reporting
- Design and build interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize data and provide actionable insights
- Lead and manage a team of data analysts and scientists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
