Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related experience.
- 6+ years of experience in the IT industry.
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, managing technical or functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with experience in vendor management and stakeholder collaboration.
- Strong understanding of WMS systems and warehousing processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to influence senior management and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of professionals managing applications.
- Manage relationships with vendors and the business.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand application needs and identify opportunities to enhance existing applications visibility utilizing dashboards.
- Support branches in resolving system-related challenges, coordinating with other IT teams as needed.
- Analyze operational data and generate reports on system availability and performance.
- Identify key Operation system performance trends and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
