Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive health care finance experience
Responsibilities
- Manage operations of the benchmark program to support the organization’s initiatives in operational strength
- Provide executive and department level benchmark reports
- Conduct educational training in key performance indicators
- Share best practices cross campus
- Support senior management and department leadership in monitoring performance and identifying improvement opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Operational Benchmarking (Vizient/ODB)
- Previous experience in Hospital Operations
