Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Automotive SaaS or software sales.
- Proven experience selling to the Auto industry with a deep understanding of the sector’s unique challenges and opportunities in digital reputation management.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to build a sales pipeline through effective hunting, prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Natural ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while exercising sound judgment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (preferred) and accurately forecasting revenue commitments.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to success.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely from a home office.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to leverage extended teams to achieve success.
Responsibilities
- Sell Reputation’s SaaS-based Reputation Management platform to Enterprise Auto clients by understanding their specific needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Aggressively hunt and close deals while owning the entire sales cycle.
- Sell value and demonstrate leadership throughout the sales process.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and strategic partners by building personal credibility and trust.
- Coordinate resources across marketing, SDRs, Operations, Sales Operations, and executives to assemble the right team to win.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
