Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 2 years’ experience in data analytics or related field OR 4 years’ experience in data analytics or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in model development, data collection, and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in project management, risk management, and people development.
Responsibilities
- Work with leadership to understand goals and key business challenges, develop hypotheses, and create tactical research plans.
- Own or support workstreams and individual projects end-to-end, managing risks associated with implementation.
- Develop data models for projects to drive business results and collaborate with project teams to implement modeling solutions.
- Manage the development and implementation of prototypes and production-ready algorithms, overseeing the testing and validation process.
- Address complex business problems using advanced analytics, make strategic recommendations, and manage data analysis strategy.
- Collaborate with functional leadership and cross-functional teams to develop consultative solutions, interface with external business partners and vendors, and oversee job-related activities and assignments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis.
- Masters: Business Administration, Masters: Information Systems, Masters: Statistics.
