Requirements
- 7 plus years of hands-on experience in a related role within an enterprise environment.
- Extensive experience with Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Active Directory technologies and Identity security.
- Strong background in identity security, including Zero Trust Architecture and NIST frameworks.
- Knowledge of Azure security and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems.
- Experience with hybrid identity scenarios and integration with on-premises directories and applications.
- Proficiency with Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Conditional Access, and Microsoft Graph APIs.
- Experience with Azure AD Privileged Identity Management and governance policies.
- Advanced automation and scripting skills, including PowerShell, MS Graph, VBScript, YAML, Python, or other languages.
- Familiarity with password-less and phishing resistant solutions.
- Familiarity with Azure AD B2B and B2C for external user access and customer identity management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex projects independently.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premises Active Directory and cloud-based identity directories, including Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect identity infrastructure.
- Translate business requirements into effective technology solutions that meet the needs of internal customers.
- Act as a subject matter expert for projects involving hybrid Active Directory/Entra ID environments.
- Support Public-Key-Infrastructure with Active Directory Certificate Services and monitor systems for performance and security.
- Lead troubleshooting and incident resolution for complex, high-severity incidents.
- Develop and implement automated solutions to enhance security and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), support, architecture, and operations teams.
- Evaluate the current environment to identify opportunities for security, operational, and functional improvements, and develop continuous improvement plans.
- Create and maintain internal documentation and procedures and share knowledge with team members.
