Requirements
- You have 5+ years in bookkeeping or accounting.
- You are familiar with common accounting software like Quickbooks and Sage.
- You are excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You are open to managing a team.
Responsibilities
- Lead a fully managed service for bookkeeping and accounting.
- Determine what parts of the bookkeeping and accounting process to include in the service.
- Decide on pricing and sales strategies for the service.
- Scale the service by building technology around the process and assembling a team.
- Own the growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and gross profit (ARGP).
Preferred Qualifications
- You have a degree in accounting or are a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- You are technical and have written code.
- You have worked with retail businesses before.
