Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience including 1 year supervisory or leadership experience.
- Local candidates strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Learn staff responsibilities, including: Medical Reception Technician, Donor Support Technician, Phlebotomy and Plasma Processing Technician.
- Travel overnight to leadership training sites to attend classroom style and live-environment training.
- Receive weekly one-on-one mentoring with your Sponsor (mentor) and complete a series of leadership development classes.
- Trending and investigations of deviations.
- Change management and improvement plans.
- Provide feedback to staff on observations.
- Lead audits and ensure center is inspection-ready.
