Requirements
- Must have an Active SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a SECRET Clearance.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite 365.
- Able to efficiently use the latest reporting, analysis, and communication technology.
- Management Analyst I: Requires a HS diploma (BA/BS preferred); at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Understanding of data analysis, research methods, and workforce development concepts.
- Strong communication, documentation, and data collection skills (surveys, interviews, etc.).
- Experience with data entry, conducting interviews, and assisting with stakeholder workshops.
- Management Analyst II: Requires a Bachelor’s degree.
- Requires 5-12 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools, workforce development trends, and project management basics.
- Demonstrated experience with conducting interviews, analyzing data sets, and facilitating the organization and running of stakeholder workshops.
