Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- 4-7 years outside sales experience with demonstrated history of sales achievements in a commissioned environment (Preferred)
- 2 years experience solutions/applications selling (Preferred)
- 2 years telecommunications / technical sales (Preferred)
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking (Required)
- Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail (Required)
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (Required)
- Effective negotiating and closing skills, including communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving (Required)
- Experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations (Required)
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, leveraging these tools to manage customer relationships and sales activities efficiently (Preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking up-market.
- Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services. Recommend wireless solutions with regard to price plans, data and other enhanced services, handsets, and accessories.
- Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Partner proactively with Retail Stores in assigned territory to drive Business Sales results through education on Business Sales products and services and closing on Business Sales leads.
- Fully apply all sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools. Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, industry trends, and the competitive dynamics of the marketplace. Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings.
