Requirements

  • 0-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in E&P Operations specializing in areas such as Control, Design, and Operations of Oil & Gas Facilities and Lease Operations with Maintenance Responsibilities or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining equipment on oil and gas facilities, and repairing or replacing equipment as needed
  • Performing routine corrective tasks including Tank Valves, Seat and Trim, Dump Controllers, Kimray Valves, Water Transfer, Pumping Unit Stuffing Box, Sump Pots, and Ball Valves
  • Repairing or replacing well site equipment per environmental compliance and well site control on pneumatic equipment
  • Assisting in routine departmental tasks, prioritizing projects, monitoring costs, implementing SOPs, and providing technical training
  • Collaborating with the Maintenance Planner to streamline cycle times and ensure timely closure of work orders
  • Maintaining positive relationships with local, state, and federal representatives, and land owners
  • Recognizing, analyzing, and resolving routine problems, taking corrective action in emergency and non-emergency situations
  • Assisting in adhering to and promoting safety protocols and procedures
  • Assisting in implementing quality control measures to ensure that maintenance activities meet established standards
  • Participating in job planning, cost tracking, and reporting of job expenses
  • Ensuring work orders are executed promptly and safely, followed by accurate closure and verification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry experience is preferred.
