Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Prior experience working as a maintenance manager, repair manager, or in a related role
- Experience in dealing with budgets, schedules and reporting in terms of maintenance work
- Knowledge of equipment and manufacturing machines
Responsibilities
- Strive towards the seamless running of the facility and the equipment of the company through efficient maintenance management work
- Adhere to safety standards and legal regulations while executing maintenance management tasks and programs
- Learn about new processes, procedures and equipment that are being used worldwide, and try to adopt relevant processes into the company’s maintenance management work
- Lead Maintenance team through effective delegation, strong relationships and cross-functional communication
- Document and submit reports to the stakeholders, regarding budgets, progress and time schedules
- Manage the budgets of the maintenance plans, and ensure that everything is in line with legal and safety regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Maintenance -related certifications (e.g. CMRP, CMM)
- Proficient in Lean Manufacturing principles and project management tools
- Managing critical spare parts
