Requirements
- Detailed working knowledge in many technical areas
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems with minimum supervision
- Computer skills using business computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems such as SAP
- Familiarity with servo motion control systems
Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, analyze, and repair equipment to prevent, resolve, and eliminate various process failures and equipment breakdowns
- Troubleshoot motor and motor control problems
- Learn and perform mechanical work as needed
- Clean work area after each job and maintenance of the workstation
- Utilize computer software (SAP, Microsoft Suite, Internet, Process Book, FactoryTalk, etc.) to perform several tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems such as SAP is preferred
- Candidate’s experience or familiarity with servo motion control systems is a desire
