Requirements
- At least (2) years of experience as a maintenance supervisor/coordinator in fast paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Electrical troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the team of maintenance technicians on their designated shift.
- Ensure completion of all maintenance tasks in their assigned area.
- Make sure the lead and maintenance manager are aware if there are any gaps.
- Ensure the correct resources are being applied to each problem and escalate to the lead and manager when additional resources are needed.
