Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science or related fields.
- Good programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure and tooling.
- Proficient in problem-solving and analytical reasoning.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with compute infrastructure necessary to support operating ML technology.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, manage and monitor ML and AI models in production.
- Help drive development of ML infrastructure and AI driven applications.
- Collaborate with software developers, researchers, traders and research scientists.
- Implement automated systems for training, validation, and monitoring of models, minimizing downtime and ensuring reliability.
- Create and maintain feature pipelines, feature stores, and model stores.
- Proactively troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, conduct root-cause analyses, and implement solutions to optimize GPU or CPU resource usage.
