Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring it is always visually appealing and meets the company’s standards for luxury and sophistication.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure every customer interaction in the store is a positive and memorable experience.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
- Manage store inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and products are displayed attractively.
- Plan and execute in-store events to promote new products and build customer relationships.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Aroma360, embodying the company’s values.
