Requirements
- Current LPN State License
- Previous medical terminology
- Good working knowledge of CPT-4 and ICD-10 coding
- Licensed by the state of Louisiana
- CPR required
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care to an assigned group of patients according to the multidisciplinary plan of care
- Work with patients under the direction of an RN
- Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to acutely ill patients with cardiac, medical, surgical and post critical care needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a physician practice is preferred
