Requirements
- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of previous Loyalty, Marketing, Merchandising, or related business experience
- Strong financial acumen, including retail and cost accounting metrics
- Strategic thinker comfortable with ambiguity and bold decision-making
- Skilled in using data and insights to influence and drive alignment
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Builds trust across teams
- Proven leadership, planning and organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Self-Starter, with strong initiative and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Lead Loyalty long-range strategy, assessing and prioritizing future growth territories
- Develop and drive strategies that advance the loyalty program and deliver measurable guest and business impact
- Shape program pillars, benefits, or guest experiences, with a guest-first mindset, while balancing financial and operational considerations
- Set goals that continually raise the bar for Target’s loyalty and financial success
- Galvanize partners around Target to deliver against key deliverables or results
- Monitor business and competitive trends to influence strategic decisions
