Requirements

  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of previous Loyalty, Marketing, Merchandising, or related business experience
  • Strong financial acumen, including retail and cost accounting metrics
  • Strategic thinker comfortable with ambiguity and bold decision-making
  • Skilled in using data and insights to influence and drive alignment

Responsibilities

  • Lead Loyalty long-range strategy, assessing and prioritizing future growth territories
  • Develop and drive strategies that advance the loyalty program and deliver measurable guest and business impact
  • Shape program pillars, benefits, or guest experiences, with a guest-first mindset, while balancing financial and operational considerations
  • Set goals that continually raise the bar for Target’s loyalty and financial success
  • Galvanize partners around Target to deliver against key deliverables or results
  • Monitor business and competitive trends to influence strategic decisions
