Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- (Level 4) 9+ years of work related experience with a Bachelor’s or 7+ years of work related experience with a Master’s or 4+ years of work related experience with a PhD
- (Level 5) 14+ years of work related experience with a Bachelor’s or 12+ years of work related experience with a Master’s or 9+ years of work related experience with a PhD
- 4+ years’ experience with one or more of the following is expected: LO Engineering Processes, Aircraft Design, Electromagnetic Propagation, Supportable Low Observables
- Candidate must have a positive attitude towards learning and a history of teamwork and taking initiative
- Ability to mentor and provide technical leadership is required
Responsibilities
- Support the LO Design and Integration team
- Work within an Integrated Product Team
- Develop and integrate cutting edge low observable technologies
- Participate in weekly configuration development activities
- Direct design trades
- Perform design optimization through electromagnetic modeling and simulation
- Analyze signature data (RF or IR)
- Work with suppliers and customers (internal & external) to ensure compliance with technical requirements
- Direct testing of LO components
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RF and/or IR test equipment, test procedures and data processing is highly desired
