Requirements
- College Degree (Business, Criminal Justice, or Communications) or equivalent work experience
- 5 years business and customer service experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks during constantly fluctuating volumes
- A self-starter attitude and ability to prioritize daily workflow
- Must be detailed oriented, organized and have the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external entities
- Solid PC skills including knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Teams), Visual Basic, Wizard, and Brio Query
Responsibilities
- Review and process Subpoena requests for Avis Car Rental and Budget Truck and submit to requesting jurisdiction in a timely manner
- Run reports for renter information as requested by security managers
- Respond to Law Enforcement requests for renter information for Avis Car Rental and Budget Truck
- Process and respond to customer Do Not Rent inquiries
- Process Budget Truck Do Not Rent entries
- Process daily reporting for Do Not Rent failed entries
- Review and process Border Patrol paperwork for vehicles seized
- Review and process Restitution requests from court agencies
- Review and process incoming restitution payments
- Other duties assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years car rental security loss prevention experience is preferred but not required
- Experience in contacting local law enforcement and courthouses preferred but not required
