Requirements

  • College Degree (Business, Criminal Justice, or Communications) or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years business and customer service experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks during constantly fluctuating volumes
  • A self-starter attitude and ability to prioritize daily workflow
  • Must be detailed oriented, organized and have the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external entities
  • Solid PC skills including knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Teams), Visual Basic, Wizard, and Brio Query

Responsibilities

  • Review and process Subpoena requests for Avis Car Rental and Budget Truck and submit to requesting jurisdiction in a timely manner
  • Run reports for renter information as requested by security managers
  • Respond to Law Enforcement requests for renter information for Avis Car Rental and Budget Truck
  • Process and respond to customer Do Not Rent inquiries
  • Process Budget Truck Do Not Rent entries
  • Process daily reporting for Do Not Rent failed entries
  • Review and process Border Patrol paperwork for vehicles seized
  • Review and process Restitution requests from court agencies
  • Review and process incoming restitution payments
  • Other duties assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years car rental security loss prevention experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience in contacting local law enforcement and courthouses preferred but not required
