Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) plus 4 years of experience in operations management, lab or area management, project management, or equivalent logistics fields.
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Top Secret Clearance or SCI Access.
- High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) plus 8 years of experience in operations management, lab or area management, project management, or equivalent logistics fields.
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Top Secret Clearance or SCI Access.
Responsibilities
- Support Area Management teams in very dynamic high bays/labs throughout Operations.
- Responsible for supporting an Area Manager(s) with day-to-day operations on the floor for minimum level of compliance.
- Maintain inventory and supply of shelf-life material, required consumables, supplies, etc.
- Restocks Garments and prepare for garment pick up.
- Cleans near Flight Hardware where our vendor cleaning staff cannot enter.
- Requires some janitorial duties within our clean rooms.
- Track logistics materials and parts for proper allocation of storage facilities.
- Ability to assist with routine audits, safety protocol, cleanliness standards, maintenance of established environmental controls/logs.
- Assist with hazardous material (HazMat) waste and property disposal.
- Ensures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing constraints.
- Support inventory of chemicals, materials, equipment, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active DoD Top Secret Clearance OR SCI Access
- Experience within Aerospace and Defense or Manufacturing industry
