Requirements
- Requires an associate degree w/ minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Valid driver’s license along with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with laboratory operations as well as policies and procedures are preferred.
- 2 years of Supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for assigning work, administer quality control & safety program.
- Act as a liaison with other departments and customers on extended inquiries, Client Concerns investigation(s) and accountability response(s).
- Trains new and existing staff on both general and specific task procedures. Assess employee work performance.
- Advise management of problem areas
- Administer quality control & safety programs
- Represent LabCorp in problem resolution and client requests.
- Responsible for assigning work when scheduled employees are absent to ensure business continuity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Clinical laboratory knowledge through relevant work experience preferably in a role of progression or increased responsibility.
