Responsibilities
- Manage the RMA teams process, disposition, and tracking of related shipments and returns
- Manage discrepant returns to enable RMA processing
- Control of returns material storage within RMA Receiving area
- Identify and communicate gaps in RMA process and present solutions for improvement
- Ensure the team has a strong understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Department Operating Procedures (DOPs), and work instructions for audit readiness
- Work with Sr. Manager to help the team accomplish Department, Operational and WIN goals
- Implement continuous improvement projects each year to ensure best practices are being followed
