Responsibilities
- professional and timely response to customer and network inquiries
- ensuring complete, accurate, and timely data for all shipments, including managing EDI transmissions and the integrity of internal and external reporting
- using reporting, dashboards, and other tools to manage in-transit exceptions and provide network visibility to performance and process exceptions
