Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a production or distribution operation
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in TMS deployments, preferably OTM
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Intermediate to advanced coding skills, R, Python, SQL
Responsibilities
- Analyze shipping and transportation data to identify areas for improvement, ensuring optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and present dashboards and analytical findings to the Supply Chain team and senior management, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Assist in the implementation, deployment, sustainment, and enhancement of the Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Oversee the intermodal network to boost efficiency and anticipate global trends that could disrupt supply chains.
- Monitor and report on premium transportation usage to identify cost-saving opportunities and minimize future expenses.
- Provide analytical support for multiple facilities, including Research & Development (R&D) and New Product Introduction (NPI) sites.
- Offer analytical support and benchmarking for contract-related activities to ensure favorable terms and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Jira, Confluence, Sigma is preferred
