Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business analytics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation operations
- Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
- Familiarity with TMS or ERP systems
- Effective communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Manage daily vendor open order reports and ensure timely, automated updates through IT collaboration.
- Communicate changes in shipping dates, locations, and order cancellations to stakeholders.
- Lead implementation and optimization of the Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Evaluate quarterly Cost Per Unit Analyzed (CPUA) reports and maintain routing guide compliance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to integration strategies across the broader THD supply chain.
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading technology/tool implementation
- Working knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
- Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
