Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with property management, including property close-out and re-distribution logistic actions
- 5+ years of experience developing or implementing property lifecycle management processes and tools
- 5+ years of experience with asset management and accountability at the policy and guidance level
- 3+ years of experience providing support to federal clients in the IC
- 3+ years of experience providing and managing property training
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Analyze your client’s current operating environment and identify areas for improvement
- Facilitate discussions with leadership and support staff to help refine your client’s definition of success and identify current frustrations
- Design data collection plans
- Facilitate workshops
- Communicate your research and illustrative analysis using future state models
- Provide your client with recommendations and a solid grasp of the quantitative or qualitative results they can expect
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with management or program analysis
- 2+ years of experience with developing and implementing property accountability processes
- Knowledge of federal research and development acquisition processes
