Responsibilities
- Covenant monitoring and testing to safeguard the Lenders’ cashflow and collateral
- Reading and interpreting commercial real estate loan documents
- Analyzing financial statements
- Communicating with borrowers regarding financial test results and required actions
- Performing quality control reviews on relevant testing
- Reviewing customized commercial, legal, and related due diligence documentation
- Consulting and advising customers and business partners to execute transactions
- Reviewing transactions and related documents for completeness and compliance
- Participating in risk mitigation activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial statements preferred
