Requirements

  • Existing Grade 450 – Loan Servicing Specialist IV within any WLS Flow team.
  • High productivity and quality performance, ranking in the top 30% of the current team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Process line of credit and loan transactions using ACBS and Loan IQ systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, interacting with internal partners and resources.
  • Train new and existing staff, creating training materials for process and system updates.
  • Edit procedures with feedback from Global Loan Servicing Managers.
  • Recommend process improvements for efficiency and customer experience enhancements.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert across multiple loan servicing functions.
  • Create and execute UAT testing scripts across various platforms.
  • Handle medium to complex research and escalation requests.
