Responsibilities
- Engaging with borrowers and understanding their goals
- Running credit through an online system to find the right loan
- Walking borrowers through the loan process and explaining terms
- Handling paperwork and keeping the borrower’s file on track until closing
- Contributing to team success and collaborating with internal and external parties
