Requirements
- Recent graduate or currently enrolled in, or recent graduate of, an accredited College or University.
- Previous events or operations experience preferred (school, internship, or professional).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical ability to lift and move event equipment if required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup and booking, and on-site logistics as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors, staff, and volunteers to ensure event execution aligns with plans.
- Support venue preparation, including seating arrangements, signage, and technical setup.
- Monitor event flow and help troubleshoot any operational issues in real time.
- Conduct pre-event and post-event checklists to ensure all elements are in place.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Document event operations and contribute to post-event reports and evaluations.
