Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required.
- Knowledge of Finance/Accounting/GAAP/ principles and strong business acumen
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal skills required to work alongside individual business units and effectively communicate business results to various audiences
- Must be flexible with hours to accommodate workload fluctuations

Responsibilities
- Act as finance partner for Latin America touring finance activities, including heavy involvement with forecasting, settlements, co-promotion partnerships, risks/opportunities, and supporting the business unit as needed with ad hoc requests.
- Build and maintain financial and metric models used for both reporting requirements and strategic analysis, ensuring integrity of financial projections.
- Responsible for month and quarter end variance analysis by providing timely, accurate, and meaningful financial analysis of variances between actuals and forecast, budget, and prior year.
- Ad-hoc requests as required depending on business needs, including margin analysis, headcount planning, FX fluctuations, and executive-level departmental reviews.
