Litigation Paralegal

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a relevant field; paralegal certification preferred.
Proven experience in a paralegal or legal operations role, preferably within litigation.
Superior organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
Technical proficiency in legal software, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with litigation management software and legal invoice software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Trustworthy and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information and topics.

Oversee company’s litigation discovery process.
Support the end-to-end discovery and e-discovery processing including evidence collection, coordination, organization, and response preparation.
Assist in the preparation and filing of discovery and subpoena responses.
Conduct factual investigation to supplement discovery.
Work with outside counsel and e-discovery vendors to achieve discovery objectives.
Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline litigation operations within the company.
Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the legal and compliance functions.
Assist in overseeing the litigation settlement process, including developing internal procedures and master legal forms.
Maintain accurate and organized legal documentation.
Implement systems for efficient record-keeping and retrieval of relevant legal and operational information.
