Requirements
- 3+ years of experience administering Linux operating systems or servers
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or shell scripts
- Ability to run and remediate results from vulnerability scans, schedule and maintain backup jobs, review audit logs, leverage automation and monitoring tools, and troubleshoot problems
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Ensure the current infrastructure is functional and available
- Update and patch critical systems
- Ensure 24/7 operations
- Help clients overcome challenges through monitoring and performance management
- Identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Apache NiFi, supporting system A&A, virtualization, or multiple Linux distributions such as Rocky, RHEL, or CentOS
- CISSP, AWS certification such as AWS SysOps Administrator, LPI, RHCSA, or CompTIA Linux+ Certification
