Lighting Auditor II

Applicable skilled trades program in relatable field with 3 years’ experience or Associates degree in relatable field with 3 years’ experience required.
OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification.
Experience in computer programs and applications.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written format.
Ability to work independently to meet deadlines while on survey.
Ability to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
Ability to use technology and apps for collecting data while on survey.
Ability to access, evaluate, and report hazardous site conditions.
Ability to be prompt and punctual to perform duties.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Versed in the industry and the Company’s competitors.
Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of scope of work when necessary.

Conduct site surveys to determine existing facility and lighting fixture conditions.
Functions as the eyes of our company while performing lighting audits of facilities.
Research and analyze site requirements.
Accurately read labels, job site maps/directions, manuals and written instructions.
Download and review data collected during survey.
Coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare excel documentation for existing facility conditions based on existing lighting fixture lamp types and controls evaluated on site.
Actively attend and participate in-house and external training sessions to obtain knowledge in necessary technical areas related to lighting.
Must wear personnel protective equipment as required.
Must be able to work from all types of ladders.
Participate in industry organizations and attends events, meetings, and activities.
Hold ethics in lighting design to the highest standard.
Uphold Company owner advocacy philosophy and organizational core values.
Other duties as assigned.
