Requirements

  • Proficiency in Army logistics systems (DPAS, GCSS-Army, LMP) and policies (AR 700-127, AR 735-5, AR 700-142)
  • Strong understanding of life cycle management concepts and sustainment strategies
  • Familiarity with inventory tracking and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) accountability
  • U.S Citizenship required

Responsibilities

  • Support the Government Product Support Manager (PSM) in weekly meetings related to contingency support and theater operations posture
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP), Fielding, Configuration Management, IUID, Disposal, and Training Plans, and Human Systems Integration (HSI) documentation
  • Contribute to Integrated Logistics Analysis (ILA) documentation and coordination activities
  • Conduct analysis of Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) deliverables, including sustainment integration, supportability tests, and performance assessments
  • Prepare and present documentation, reports, and briefings that address sustainment planning, MOAs/MOUs, and logistics concerns
  • Assist in retrograde operations, tracking assets from theater to destination
  • Develop documentation and coordinate with Functional Authorities to ensure systems meet Type Classification and Full Materiel Release (TC/FMR) requirements (IAW AR 700-142)
  • Develop and support execution of the Product Support Transition Plan, addressing cost, schedule, performance, and risk elements of sustainment handoff
  • Ensure all inventory transactions are entered in the Army Property System of Record (e.g., DPAS, LMP, GCSS-Army) within 24 hours (IAW AR 735-5)
  • Support inventory management at multiple PBO locations, conducting Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly inventories, and Special and Spot inventories.

Preferred Qualifications

  • DAWIA Level I or II Certification in Life Cycle Logistics or equivalent
  • Experience supporting biometric systems or other C5ISR technologies
  • Familiarity with Army ILS, IUID, and PSM support frameworks
