Requirements
- High school diploma
- One year of experience in mechanic lien law and process
- Must be a notary or can become a notary
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, AS400, ServiceNow, and Agility
Responsibilities
- Research lien waiver requests
- Research mechanic lien requests
- Research requests on customer portals
- Research bank voucher requests
- Research mechanic lien releases
- Research notice of intent to lien
- Process mechanic lien paperwork on state-specific websites
- Process ServiceNow requests
- Audit payments received
- Audit cash application
- Audit billing
- Answer the phone for the department as needed
- Scan or upload documents into the file system as needed
- Attend review meetings as needed
- Attend training seminars and conferences as needed
- Establish effective working relationships with field management, NSC support personnel, and other CFS team members
- Establish relationships with Customers, Lien Service Vendors, and Credit and Collection personnel outside of the organization
- Special projects ad-hoc, research analyst
- Other similar duties as assigned
