Requirements
- Graduation from recognized practical nurse program
- Current Ohio LPN license
- Certification in intravenous medication administration
- Maintains current Ohio license and intravenous medication certification
- Maintains competence in technical, interpersonal and cognitive skills required to meet essential job functions
- Meets mandatory educational and health requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care as assigned under the direction of the RN or LIP
- Collaborate with the patient, family, and other members of the patient care team
- Administer care utilizing the nursing process
