Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse
- Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check (CORI)
- Ability to successfully pass a reference check
- Ability to successfully pass national fingerprinting and driving record checks
Responsibilities
- Participate in the delivery of health care services to group home residents
- Dispense medications as needed following MAP (Medication Administration Program) policies and procedures
- Oversee the medical aspects of the residents
- Participate in medical appointments and hospital/Emergency Department visits when necessary
- Provide necessary health-related training and support for both I/DD and ABI adults in home and day settings
