Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience is required
  • Experience in workplace wellness
  • Effective at building strong relationships at multiple levels
  • Strong persuasiveness as well as influencing and closing skills
  • Strong communication skills: written and verbal
  • Excels in a team environment
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, competitive market
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Proficient in Power Point & Excel
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales goals and achieve maximum sales growth across our Screening and Coaching portfolio
  • Stay updated on new services, clinical guidelines, new developments in the industry & research trends
  • Use market data, sales analytics and insights to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide updates and recommendations to senior leadership on key strategic initiatives, market dynamics and new opportunities
  • Successfully build and execute an annual business plan with quarterly updates
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide the best solutions for our customers
  • Provide education and training to sales team members and act as Subject Matter Expert
  • Present screening and coaching services to potential clients, customize proposals, and negotiate contracts
  • Cold call and build a sales pipeline that will provide ongoing revenue goal achievement
  • Accurately forecast and maintain a sales funnel of new opportunities in-line with the quota
  • Effectively communicate value propositions to all targeted customers and prospects
  • Perform training and implementation with pertinent personnel
  • Update all relevant customer and prospect information into CRM Data Management Systems
  • Function as a liaison between the client and LES/Labcorp
  • Keep current with the competition’s products, service offerings and activity
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all company support departments internally
  • Update all relevant customer account information into Salesforce
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to tailor sales strategies and messaging
  • Identify and attend industry conferences that will further our brand recognition and generate new business opportunities
