- Bachelor’s degree or higher required
- 5+ years of outside sales experience is required
- Experience in workplace wellness
- Effective at building strong relationships at multiple levels
- Strong persuasiveness as well as influencing and closing skills
- Strong communication skills: written and verbal
- Excels in a team environment
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, competitive market
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Proficient in Power Point & Excel
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales goals and achieve maximum sales growth across our Screening and Coaching portfolio
- Stay updated on new services, clinical guidelines, new developments in the industry & research trends
- Use market data, sales analytics and insights to identify new business opportunities
- Provide updates and recommendations to senior leadership on key strategic initiatives, market dynamics and new opportunities
- Successfully build and execute an annual business plan with quarterly updates
- Work closely with the sales team to provide the best solutions for our customers
- Provide education and training to sales team members and act as Subject Matter Expert
- Present screening and coaching services to potential clients, customize proposals, and negotiate contracts
- Cold call and build a sales pipeline that will provide ongoing revenue goal achievement
- Accurately forecast and maintain a sales funnel of new opportunities in-line with the quota
- Effectively communicate value propositions to all targeted customers and prospects
- Perform training and implementation with pertinent personnel
- Update all relevant customer and prospect information into CRM Data Management Systems
- Function as a liaison between the client and LES/Labcorp
- Keep current with the competition’s products, service offerings and activity
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all company support departments internally
- Update all relevant customer account information into Salesforce
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to tailor sales strategies and messaging
- Identify and attend industry conferences that will further our brand recognition and generate new business opportunities
