Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, legal operations, compliance or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Optimize processes and drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, implementing best practices, and enhancing workflows.
- Lead and manage Legal & Trust Office projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely, high-quality execution aligned with business objectives.
- Develop, implement and maintain project plans, including timelines, status reports, meeting documentation, and risk mitigation strategies, to ensure efficient and effective execution.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to gather project requirements, provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor and track project progress, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to keep initiatives on track.
- Communicate with impact, providing clear and timely updates to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Conduct research and analysis to support Legal & Trust Office project initiatives, enabling informed decision making.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that promotes engagement, accountability, and success in achieving project objectives.
- Demonstrate adaptability in a technical and highly regulated environment, leveraging transferable skills to contribute effectively.
- Learn and grow in legal, data privacy, governance and security, demonstrating a curiosity and a willingness to expanding expertise in a global, highly regulated industry.
- Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.
- Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures.
- Understand relevant security, privacy and compliance principles and adhere to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

- Medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industry experience desired
