Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant professional work experience.
- 5+ years of contract support or contract interpretation experience and/or 5+ years of healthcare, PBM or pharma experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Develops a complex review and approval process to ensure deliverables meet rigorous legal and regulatory requirements.
- Directs teams to conduct risk assessments to mitigate potential risks associated with market conduct exams and regulatory inquiries and investigations.
- Determines potential legal, financial, or operational risks to develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensures that issues are triaged timely and aligned with the obligations of internal stakeholders.
- Establishes parameters to ensure transparency and clear communication throughout the examination or investigation process.
- Helps establish and implement the structure and processes to effectively track and manage market conduct and regulatory deliverables throughout their lifecycle.
