Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 or more years prior Commercial Real Estate or Legal experience especially dealing with commercial leases
- 1 or more years of experience with accounts payable and reconciliation
Responsibilities
- Responsible for paying all landlord rents and expenses for leased properties. Working with landlords to resolve billing issues and disputes.
- Responsible for performing desktop audits of Landlord billings and real estate tax billings and CAM reconciliations
- Responsible for obtaining, reviewing for accuracy and paying all real estate tax bills.
- Assist as needed with preparation and analysis of 3rd party common area reconciliations.
- Assist as needed with communicate with 3rd party tenants and property landlords as required to address issues.
- Prepare and provide monthly reports to Real Estate Managers using information from Visual Lease Lease Management System concerning renewals, expirations, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding, knowledge and proficiency in Commercial Real Estate terms and definitions.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word and experience
- Experience with real estate management systems.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Experience working with databases.
- Detailed and analytical oriented
- Ability to abstract and input key information pertaining to lease, sublease and license agreements into Visual Lease database.
- Ability to research tax parcel information using county auditor sites and GIS mapping.
- Ability to understand the financial aspects of and calculate complex CPI Rent increases, ATM percent rents and Common Area, Tax and Insurance calculations.
- Ability to work in a Team environment
